My apologies for not maintaining my blog

I have been receiving a few emails from people who are interested in restoring their floor lately. They found me via this blog. Unfortunately, it is hard for me to find the time to keep this updated. I am going to try a bit more since I have been shortening my days. Not a young man anymore and years of working on your knees takes its toll after a while. I've been doing this for a long time now, every day. I must say I've gained a lot of experience from this type of job on how to keep tiles looking new. (or close to new) I have also met a lot of people who have messed some floors up using improper materials. I hope before you take sand paper and vinegar to your floor, you ask some one who has been doing this for a while. Be weary of people who claim they have done it before. Some guys just hire guys who do all the labor but they have never stripped a floor themselves. I work on every floor I post up. I don't over look the process, I am on my hands and knees doing the labor. I brag about this, because many companies out there have guys working on the floor, but all they are doing is supervising a group of guys to do the labor. pointing and ordering people around is not the same thing as getting down there and actually learning from every floor that gets done through the years. Be careful with your floor, its more expensive to tear it out than it is to restore it.
